Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Rizz Alert, you consent to the collection and use of information as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

6. Content

6.1 User Content

You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to use, modify, and display it in connection with the App.

6.2 Prohibited Content

Content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, or violates others' rights is strictly prohibited.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, particularly for violations of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM USING THE APP.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
